well, it didnt hold us as good as i planned BUT i did make progress. I managed to cut back on a lot of the soda i used to drink. i was at like 4-5 cans a day, now i have 2 at most, sometimes none even. I have also been trying to correct when i eat and how much. In the past i would only have a late lunch and a late dinner, and sometimes only one meal a day at night. Now im eating earlier and not so late towards when i go to sleep.
My healthy food plan lasted about 2 weeks, if that, but i didnt go back to as bad as i was. Now im starting to get into eating healthier once again.

I had also planned on working out and getting exercise, well that just started the day before yesterday, lol. I ride an exercise bike for 20-30 min, then i have a crunch type bench thing i bought from my old job(where i worked when i was 16) haha, and i also got two small dumbells to start working my arms out with.

The whole thing that started this goal was when i happened to randomly step on a scale i use for weighing packages i ship, and it almost hit 200lbs. I was shocked then. As of today, on that same scale, with my boots and all like last time, it reads around 187. so all in all just making minor changes, i seem to have lost around 10lbs, and personaly i think i can tell, but i still need to lose another 20 or so, hopefully working out will do that, and yes i know muscles weigh more than fat, so the actual number isnt my goal, but more of a guide at first and to give myself a feelign of accomplishment and keeping me motivated. plus being single now, i have more determination...and free time, lmao

Forcing yourself to exercise can be the toughest part. I went out for a mountain bike ride on Sunday because it had been a full week. I almost got knocked off the bike by some of those wind gusts but in the end I got a nice 1-1/2 hour ride in and finished in time to watch the Eagles lost! My biggest weakness is the beer on tap at home.

:werd: I started really working out and stuff a few weeks ago, and ive already lost 16 lbs. For about 6 months I ate really well, and lost a bit of weight, but when the ***** hit the fan about two months ago, that all got shot to *****. Ive been bulking on a bit of muscle (cause Ive been workin out with Nick "The Hammer" and if anyone has ever seen him he may be a short guy but the man is freakin jacked) Keep it up Paul, its really worth it when ya start noticing some results!

Nice job guys, I lost 8IBs from runing and trying harder in gym, walking home from school once a week and practicing hockey. Im trying to eat better but its hard real hard.

I've been going to the gym for almost 4 months now and my weight hasn't changed at all, but I can lift a lot more than when I first started
