WTB cheap laptop

I figure i'll see if anyone has one available here first, before I buy one online from HP (and wait 3 weeks to get it)


Heres some specs I'm looking for:

Windows 2000 or Windows XP
600-800MHz or so
256MB RAM
USB port
CD-ROM drive (no cd/dvd burner wanted)

yeah, i just need something very basic for tuning. those are recommended requirements from the tuning software company. I dont need any other special features or programs. It will not be hooked up to the internet either. Bill found a HP model for 399 after rebates,($50 shipping) but the estimated build date would be November 28th. then a week to ship...
