Does any one know of any good websites that sell used or rebuilt Heads? What about the cheapest new vortec heads? So far its jegs..


Ive been searching for an hour and its pissing me off because I wont have any money left for a converter and gears, and ill be stuck with my 2.5 exaust

No sense in dropping a vortec headed 400 into a car with 2.5" single exhaust.

What ever happened to this being a 1-2 year project like you were talking about before? What's the hurry to have everything right now?

you need to start shopping at junkyards dude. seriously, find a u-pull-it that isn't far away in the phone book and ride your bike over. iron heads usually go for around $25-40 each at most yards and they really don't care what they are from.
