2007 NJFBOA Calendars

After much anticipation, the 2007 NJFBOA Calendar is almost ready.

We are now taking pre-orders for it, and plan to have it available within the next few weeks, just in time for the holidays. The calendar was designed by 79CamaroDiva, and she has done a great job!

The calendars will be sold for $12.00 each, and you can order them from the NJFBOA Store (http://www.njfboa.org/store.html) or through Tim or I in person.

Anyone who made it into the calendar will be contacted within the next day or two. We will be offering all of those people a free calendar. If you think you had a good shot of making it into the calendar, just wait to order for a day or two.

if everyone is so anxious to be in the calendar, we are going to start accepting submissions for the 2008 version in a few months. we will have the picture dimension and quality requirements posted up at that time.
i know the somewhat late start we got on the '07 calendar prevented some people from having time to submit pics, you will have 7-8 months to get them in this time :D

I have an idea! A ‘real’ Camaro calendar. Next year, instead of the nice cars, how about just pictures of projects gone awry and broken parts!?!? We could probably have enough material to do a one-a-day desk calendar! :laugh:

Not exactly, but should be soon. My understanding is that they are about 95% finished. We are just waiting on a few people to get back to us with some information that was requested of them so that it can be included in the calendar. Once we have this info and it is incorporated into the calendar, printing should only take a few days.

When we know what date they are expected from the printer, we will make sure to post it up in this thread.

We are looking for any and all kinds of pics. All of the feature pics in the calendar are just posed "show" shots, however there are several other pictures scattered throughout of various types.

We'll gladly take any pics that you guys have....the higher the resolution the better. General rule of thumb is take them with a digital camera that's at lest 6.0 megapixels on the highest quality setting.


We were able to see the first proof of the calendar tonight, and it looks absolutely amazing. I can't wait to get the final copies and start sending them out to everyone. :D

Melissa, you ROCK! I studied April's fence and discovered you are indeed talented. Nice work (she knows what I mean)! So when do we start picking our favorite month in a non-bias way? Personally, I thought Februarys pic was the cleanest looking (sharp and detailed), I thought May and October had the best backgrounds, and July looked the most "Calendar-ish" (if ya know what I mean).
