Ok i have another question realating to the MR2. I want to do cams since im doing the head gasket and timing belt. I dont know what to look for or how to read wat the cam is or what it'll do. Basicly my step pops n I want to make this car a really really fast street car. Plan is to drag race it and road race the car. Anyhow, heres a list of cams a MR2 guy e mailed me:

LOL. The bottom end is all forged pistons and and everything. If you want the motor name its 4AGZE. Its a 1.6 liter Supercharged with intercooler and what not.

with 2 speeding tickets and a reckless dropped down to careless i really shouldn't do it either but i only have a 6 so it can't hurt too much :evil:

Ok I just got an e mail from a kid across the pond.

"I got some HKS 272s from fensport a while back, had them fitted only to find they didnt work too well with the automatic gearbox. Did about 100 miles with them tops and they are now sat in my garage.
£500 for the 2 cams AND the HKS pullys you'll need to time them in. (They would cost £620 + VAT (£108.50) from Fensport)"

I guess i wouldnt have a problem with it since my car is a 5 spd. Anyhow I was thinking about this last night. More duration will make more trq on the bottom end right? So lift will make more power at the upper end right? Car is SC so I think i wanna go with a more upper end power cam. I figure the SC will provide the trq for the lower end. Am I correct? The bottom end is all forged internals. I was told not to bother touching the bottom end at all.
