Saw a few pictures of owners Bandit II cars, but the company that used to make them "Choo Choo Customs Group" is no longer in business (like many Firebird-specific customizers) so I can't find the specs on the Bandit II.
I haven't reached out to TGO yet to start a thread. Thought maybe someone here might have an old scanned article, spec sheet or something with the options that went into the Bandit II. Plus any pics beyond the red and white ones on TGO would be great.
I did a search on Google, however I keep getting the movie Smokey & The Bandit II stuff, instead of the car specifications or pictures. Maybe I just suck at the Google mod.
Thanks for the help guys.

305 TBI cars underneath. Non-functional shaker hood and a few other appearance items added...

If you put one of those 85+ style areo front ends on it, it wouldn't look to shabby.

Excellent, thanks for the links!

So thats it? Just a Firebird or Trans Am base car, with a shaker scoop and aero ground effects? Are the decals specific to the car, or just an '86 - '87 style graphics package with hood bird?
So all ya need is a credit card and a sawzall. Sheesh.

Wow. So, they have nothing to do with the movie. JMO, but those cars all look stupid.
Choo Choo used to make all sorts of conversion stuff - El Caminos, vans, all sort of hideous bolt on body crap.

I caught myself pondering what my 88TA would look like if I followed through with that idea. Fortunately the madness passed quickly. I wanted to see what they looked like / specs into the cars for academic reasons later on so posted the question here. Heard of them, but hadn't seen many examples.
Back to completing a near-stock 88 TA. </flop>

Power Buldge Hood >>>>> Bandoit II Shaker.
Shaker = 2nd gen.
Bandit II's are exactly were made from the same company that made my Pro/Am. They only made 500 in 1991 and 500 in 1992. They only converted "Formulas", so some of them I believe can have a 350 (not too sure tho). Choo Choo Customs aka Chattenooga Customs were bought out by "LA West" which does Convervion Vans.
Redraif made a cardomain site dedicated to rare F-bodies, with alot of pics of the Bandit II's in there. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/775309/7
AFAIK, they had nameplate + production # badges on the dash, shaker scoop (functional or not, dunno), Razzi Body Kit, and some other minor things
