Dunno how much street driving your car does
But the side impact bars in each door weigh 7 1/2 lbs a piece

kasey, you know who has the answers to all your weight worries. jsut let me knwo when you are stopping down. all you need to do is take as much of the interior out as possible before you stop by jsut to make things easier. once we are done it will all fit back in like nothing ever happened :)

is someone bitter about being slower than a V6?

if someone enjoys racing as more than an occasional persuit, it only makes sense that they will takes steps to make their car faster. if that person has a budget, big dollar bolt on and power adders are the answer, if not, weight reduction and gear helps until the budget catches up.
