http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250059967168&sspagename=ADME:L:RTQ:US:1 i can probably get it for 2500 which leaves me with about 2500-3000 to restore/build it up. what do you guys think? i have access to sheet metal tools and what not so i could tub it if i wanted to damn near for free. what kind of motor work could i do with that money? performance rebuild? just lookin for ideas from the experienced crowd

If you feel you've got the time/cash to devote to it then by all means go for it! just keep in mind that whatever you expect to spend to get the truck where you want to be is going to double by the time you get there

Ditto what jOn said. You can blink and 2 or 3 grand will be gone.

i say do it if u got the time and ur willing to spend the cash.... but i agree with the above 2-3 grand wont be enough

just called, floor pans have minor rust and should be replaced and thats the only rust on the truck. has a 350 that was rebuilt about 6 months ago bored .30 over but he said it was just thrown together so i would probably have it rebuild again. i dunno im gonna go look at it over the next couple days and decide. needs full interior obviously. gonna go with bucket seats and a floor shifter.
