What type of music do you listen to, and how much do you have to spend?

Well I would think about getting a head unit now, and saving up longer for speakers.

thats a really small budget for what your looking for... especially if you have noting in the car to work with as it is.

if you could find out part numbers or brand names even then that would help a ton... this is kinda difficult without background info fyi

Info would be a good start. Listen to QwikZ...he knows his stuff, but you really have to give more information for him to be able to begin to help. You could have a stock setup, you could have a $5,000 setup, who knows?

you could get some hot items for 300 bucks; go to the nearest ghetto and tell em exactly what you said above. theyll hook you up. that or roll you for your 200-300 dollars

make sure you get the direct adapt for the sattelite radio. It's gonna sound like **** at times with the FM Transmitter.

Good luck with that.....I've seen so many hacked Best Buy installs, it's not even funny.

Not saying that every person who works there is a complete moron, but many of them are....

my friend had to fix a set up done by someone's ex-boyfriend that was wrie crimped to wire etc

no one wire connected to her subs was over 6" in length

If you want a decent install, starting soon I will be doing stereo/system installations. I've installed at least 100 radios in the past and many amps subs changers etc.. Even though Best buy install may be free, most dont know the tricks and rules of running certain wires.
