this one is GREAT. its shows the extra hatch room is great to put your shot gun in.

they advertise with v6s so they can show the base price and they look like 'an affordable sports car'

it also had a lot to do with the gas crisis being so recent in people memories. bragging about mileage and economy while saying that all the great performance was available was very common in the 80's and early 90's.
if you look now the commercials usually brag about teh top optioned performance and the base vehicles price. not too different really.

I have the following as Real Player files that I can burn to a CD for whomever:

Firebird:

67, 68, 70, 75, 77, 82, 98 (x2)

Camaro:

Not sure the year (3rd gen), but its the comparrison between the hardtop IROC and the convertible. Its a 5 minute video.

If anyone wants these on CD let me know and I can bring them to one of the central country fried steak meetings.
