Well first id like to thank everyone that helped pitch in and pull thru for me in the clutch situation, my buddy dave for driving around for like 5 1/2 hours that day, Alex, [transam4life] for picking up the rear and meeting me in piscataway, jon [j0n] for finding a driveshaft for me and bill for helping j0n find his way over to the quakerbridge mall parking lot to me us there, cody [camaro2you] for hooking me up with brand new emergency brake cables, chuck [1984camaroZ28] for selling me a really nice 10bolt, and my pal zack for letting me use his laptop computer so i could use hptuners and change my gear/tire ratio. And last but not least i want to thank those of you who offered their help as well- JW [jw] and Jake, [qwikz28]
To make a long story short, picking up the parts was a total success and installing the rear was a total PITA. everything that could go wrong pretty much did, but everything worked out in the end. im no amateur when it comes to installing rears either, i replaced 3 or 4 on my third gen and 2 on my 4th gen thus far and it goes fairly quickly. but its all good, no noise or vibration now! and roll racing will be much more fun!
