Consider me first in line on the B/H. I need to find out if it will work with my wacky retrofit (Big block, LT1 T-56, mechanical linkage) combination. I will let you know soon, I have to call Red at MC.

Do you have a McLeod part number for this?
It's kind of weird:
It looks like it will work with my big block and mechanical linkage but I want to be sure it will work with my LT1 trans. McLeod lists different ones for LS1 vs LT1, and Summit lists yours as an LS1 unit.
BUT
According to this:
http://www.mcleodind.com/Application_Guide/MODULAR_BELL_HOUSING.html
The parts are the same except I wouln't be using a spacer...

PN is 8710
from what ive just read on the mcleod site, i believe that means it will bolt up to a T56 trans out of a LS1 camaro, but not bolt up to an LS1? it did not clear my header on the drivers side

theres a sticker on the bellhousing, its like the official sfi approval sticker, says when it was made, what spec it is (6.1) and has a B071375 number, im thinking thats what number it was in the production line tho.
