UBG, call them and tell them it came in the mail all f'd up. I bet they will send you a new one. (I'm assuming you have a subscription)

Bob, It could have been worse. This morning I walked in the kitchen and found my two year old and both my black labs sharing a large box of cookies. The male is 10 months old and the size of a small pony. He ran for the cage so fast he hit the back and it slid and put a hole in the wall.
