1981 formula parts car or possible resto project

this is in alot better shape than the 77 that i have listed. but has no title. the guy said it was signed too many times. no motor or trans. the car has some rust here and there, but the subframe is intact, looks pretty solid and is defintalty alot better than the 77 firebird thats sittin here. interior was pretty decent, t-top car. needs brakes put back on (seen brake parts in the car) has the tailights in the trunk, has a posi rear (from what the fella told me) (has the tag for rear ID i guess on it) I should be bringing the car home either this sunday or sometime next week. $500 obo

as much as i'd love to pick this up..(and i'm fighting myself ..i honestly am) i'm going to have to pass on account of the title....
this would be a good project car
