Built in 2002 across the river in Hoboken, N.J., with 314 spaces for monthly rentals only, the garage dropped an unoccupied Cadillac Deville six floors in 2004 and a Jeep four stories the following year. Early last year, a malfunction that went unrepaired for 26 hours trapped cars inside

think of how many cars get damaged due to human malfunction in parking garages. thats why i will never drive into the city. no one but me is parking my cars. i would probably actually trust this robotic thing over the people i've seen in various places throughout the city..

It's a cool concept, but I don't think I would ever trust it. Plus, i'm that person that parks in the very last spot in a vacant lot so the thought of another vehicle being that close to mine... absolutly not.

i do the same thing and come out and theres always someone parked next to me anyway... normally a ****** ricer or pos mustang ... once in awhile itll be a nice stang or vette ect.... its like by parking next to me they can associate thier pos with a nice car
