Oh its the most wonderful time of the year...... Its time for me to do the good old W2 and get mod money sent to me.

Whats a free yet safe way to do it aside from going somewhere? I don't wanna mail it in, and i don't feel like buying Turbo Tax. I used to do telefile till they did away with it ... thanks jerkoffs  ... I did H-R block online last year i think, I just can't remember the site and if its still free...

either do it yourself, or do it online.

I use Turbotax online to file my federal, its quick, easy, you get it within 2 weeks.

For state, go to the states official website, they have an e-file now, and its free.

I let my dad do mine. I think he just uses turbo tax. Hopefully I will get something back instead of owing but my mortgage is paying down pretty quick so I don't have as much interest to write off. Good thing NJ property taxes are so high so I have something to write off!:-?

Turbo Tax online (Home and Business) plus my past 7 years of returns are online in case I need them. Add the Audit defense its well worth it.

Should have all my refunds by the end of the week.

I usually use TaxCut software....had my parent's accountant do them last year. I'll be exploring free/cheaper options this year.

Family friend/accountant will be doing ours again this year...did it last year though I probably shouldve done it since I came up with the exact same figure as he did

Doing it yourself isnt that difficult...I just don't like having to buy a $20-30 program or hand writing it out so I go with whomever is cheap generally & just verify their number ='s mine lol.

:?:

If I go in a combat zone I get tax free for the month, I got at least a few times a month so I am good for almost every month.

Looks like I'll be getting back $1200-1300 this year. You can download the forms and instructions from www.irs.gov and figure it out pretty easy.

I have no idea how much I'm getting back but a second cousin of mine does ours... but my dad's saying now since I'm a dependent something about if i claim separate then it might take a chunk out of my parent's one... meh idk. Whatever I get back is going to credit card companies anyway... I think

i take mine to an account i've been using for about 7 years now. I used to get myself around 2500/150 fed/state...she got me around 5000/1200 cuz of stuff i just didn't know about tax laws and blah blah blah. this year i made too much on the part time so i didn't get as much (no procharger or turbo this year), but it was enough for gears, rear, tires and a truck
