Many of you guys that are friends with our shop know of this car. It's my best friend's 2005 CTS-V, billy moscato. Here's the prelim details:
2005 Cadillac CTS-V
TTP Built 403ci Motor
TTP Stage 5V 225cc AFR Heads
TTP Stage 5V Camshaft
LSX 90mm/TPIS 90mm TB
Meziere Electric Water Pump
TTP Stage 3 A-K T56 Build
- SPEC Stage 3+ Clutch Kit
Stainless Works 1 3/4" Longtubes
TTP Custom X-Pipe
Corsa Catback Exhaust
Uncorrected numbers were 508rwhp/483rwtq making over 400rwtq after 3k rpm (SAE was 494/467 i believe) with 110 miles on the fresh motor running at 12.0:1 air fuel for now. Once we get 500 miles on her over the weekend we will be redynoing her on Monday or Tuesday for some numbers after the motors seen some more street mileage.
I will post the final graph early next week.

NUmber 6..
If you show me a LSx car that makes that cam only with bolt-ons I'd love to see how rigged the dyno was that it did it on :)
I have made a max of 447rwhp/407rwtq with cam only with ls6 heads and all the bolt-ons.

Doesn't the IRS rob more power than a live axle too?

yes.... and the cts-vs have a very odd driveshaft that also robs a lot of power.
and eric- the average cam-only ls1 makes about 390-410rwhp. i'm shooting for 420rwhp with a heads/cam ls1.

There are heads/cam cars out there making that kinda power but not just cam only. I'm hoping that through a 12 bolt and A4 mine will make in the 475-485range since I have seen similar M6 cars pushing over 500 to the wheels with just 346CI. Is it a Mustang Dyno or a Dynojet? Damn impressive either way through the Caddy drivetrain

I'm sure those numbers were recorded on their Dynojet....can't imagine Billy having it dyno'd anywhere else.

billy has a been a friend of mine for quite sometime.
and after seeing this car back now, it is quieter than ever, sounds like nothing at idle, but the car is faster than ever, its amazing.
might be hitting the next auto-x at giants stadium together or the track next weekend which ever comes first for those who care to join and see the car in action and my lt1 attempting to keep up lol.
all though i keep telling him that someday my little lt1 will bet him in the quarter, someday...lol
