Anybody know anything about the Diablosport Predator programmer?

I scored one off Ebay pretty cheap but it has a VIN locked into it. Does anybody know if it can be reset cheaply or locally? I bought it mainly for doing realtime scanning of sensors and stuff so I don't care about the VIN locked into it but it might be cool to play around with.

I think you have to send it back to them and they reprogram it for a fee. Don't quote me cause i don't know first hand, I read that somewhere a long time ago

Have to send it back to Diablo Sport- It was 75 bucks to reflash it, not sure about now. The new version does not lock the vin# and is much better then the older style.

Yeah a hundred bucks will get it done. I had mine reflashed, but you have to call them first and get some type of return #. Pretty handy little gaget, you can do a fair amout with it for a handheld.
