View Full Version : where to go for rearend rebuild?!?!?

hey guys i just bought some 3.73 gears and in installation kit for my 98 bird. Does anyone kno of a good shop to go to for my rearend rebuild who also has good prices. i tryed takin it to my mechanic but hes not familiar with rearend rebuilds. Also whats an average price for switching out the gears and barrings and all??? someone help me!!!

You should aslo try A&D Auto in Jackson. I don't remember how much he charges for setting up gears (it's on one of my receipts somewhere) but I'm thinking about $300. Don't quote me on it. The dude's name is Andy and you can call him at 732.367.0116
