What do they do? I understand they have something to do with using nitrous, but what if you spray and your t/c doesnt have them? is it just a safety isue? safety rule for tracks? There are no 3000 stall with lock up, for 27 spline 700r4, with ballooning plates!!! I will run nitrous someday

iirc they're basically reinforcement / extra strength for sudden bursts like nitrous

is there a way I can buy the tc then get antiballoning plates and have those installed?

idk.... could always have it custom made by the manufacturer though. That's probably the best bet.... match it to the car's setup..... which means deciding the car's setup :-P

dude just call tci, yank, whoever and have them custom build you one. It'll be much better than an off the shelf one.

all racing TC - correction all real racing weather sprayed or not have anti B plates - they are a reinforcement to the convertor shell both sides -- and they start in $ at 700 and go to 2000 ???? silly kids stuff from jegs might sell garbage for 500 i dont know -- but its your legs next to the thing with no anti scatter shield -- jz
