when I worked at advance auto we had this guy come in all the time with a lifted monte, but it was a 229V6 and he was talking about how it the hottest **** in denver. so it told him to put it back cause hes in NJ and he left the car in primer for months so the whole thing rusted after awhile, so he was deffinitly a tool, i'll venture to say anyone who does that is a tool
