Big car meet in bridgewater 4/21

This saturday at 3 pm there are is a boat load of cars meeting at Applebees in bound brook right off 287. This meet was started on NJDSM forum, but we are tryin to get a bunch of people together...anyone wants to come should be a good time.

Gotta contend with McDonalds and Chuck-E-Cheese for parking.

Easy place to get to since its right off 287, plus Home Depot and Costco closeby if anyone needs stuff after the meet (to make the wife happy).

Depending on the number of attendees, the parking could get a little hairy.

weather looks like it should be spectacular....60 and sunny.
I threw out the idea of goin somehwere like hooters at night to watch the ufc fight...either way there will most likely be a nice cruise maybe even some races. overall good fun

I dont know the adress but its exit 13 off 287 I believe on rt 28.....next to Mcdoonalds and Chucky Cheese....cant miss it

My car developed a little miss-fire on my way out, turned out to be some spark wires rubbed on the headers the wrong way. Next time.

Thank god but they didn't burn onto the headers, they must have arched or something, I found one wire was pinched between the header & k-member, and one of them was just resting on the header, so a few zip-ties later it was good as new. Next time though for sure I'll be out.

Yeah give us a heads up next time that happens, we might of rolled out to help you real quick. but ive been there, and saw that kind of stuff, just by getting pinched, did you just install them? and what company and series you runing, i like MSD's never had a problem wiht them on my 3000GT and the Maro

I noticed the problem like a block away from home, I'm like a half hour away from Bridgewater :lol: I just installed them a few weeks ago, and didn't bother to tidy them up because I just wanted to drive the dam car. I'm running A/C Delco wires for the time being until I pick-up some Over the Valve Cover style.

Nice meet today. Only thing that sucked was the Po-po telling us we couldn't "loiter." unstable bob gable doesn't "loiter." He SHOWS his AMX! I had a couple of people tell me that they stopped to eat AFTER seeing the cars there. Which means we brought in business!

And it was amusing to see the Lexuses with the fart pipes. 'Specially the one that stuck out about a foot! :mrgreen:
