There's a leak in the well of the trunk, do you guys know where it might be coming from?
Help is much appreciated. Thanks.

which well? is it just in the back in general or is it in the spare tire well alone?

It's the well in the trunk. It's been under a car cover most of the time, so I really have no idea why it's leaking.

Its the well where you store the T-Tops. Are the hatches notorious for leaks also? Thanks to anyone who can lend a hand...

if its just leaking in the hatch in general then thats a normal problem for these cars, i dont have that with my 92z but my girls 91 firebird gets about an inch of water in there after a big storm.she replaced the seal, sealed it with vasaline and even re aligned the hatch, it still leaks. iv heard then it may be leaking from where the deck meets the actual glass if it isnt sealed right.

so id check:
-if the weather stripping is dry ritted or has slits in it
-if the hatch is misaligned
-try folding the back seat and put a flashlight shining on the hatch from the inside with it closed and put a hose on the hatch to see if its leaking from where the glass meets the metal deck lid

you have to know where its leaking from before you fix it. i hope i helped at all, if you didnt find an answer try thirdgen.org good luck with it

If the car hasn't been driven and it has water in it I'd check the weatherstrip for the hatch or if the car has a spoiler it can be getting under the spoiler and dripping through the holes and into the car....especially if there is rust on the underside of that panel. I'd put money on that idea.
