Cruise to GM Nationals at Carlisle with EPFBA???

hey gang,
i was wondering how many people woudl be interested in parking together in the show field at the summer carlisle swap meet?
i talked to a guy from carlisle events and he said that if we can get 25 or more cars to come as a group they will let us all park together and give us a tent to hang out under for the day. if we get less than 25 we can still all park together, jsut would have to bring or pay for the big tent.
the show runs june 22-24, we would most likely head out there on saturday the 23rd.
this is somethign that would be done in conjuntion with some of the other regional f-body clubs too.

I think the Maryland Camaro Club has a lot do do with the Camaro sub-show.

i was thinking as the time draws closer we can arrange a place for each region to meet up. since carlisle is right off the PA turnpike(exit 226) it would be easiest if everyone found their way to that so we could cruise in as a group.

i am gonna get in touch with some of the other clubs around the region as well to see if they want to get invovled in this little trip :D

i would like to roll in as a group at least one morning though. i know most of the years that the TV shows have been there they are taping on saturday since it is usually the busiest day. that would be the day to make an impact with a huge group.

Yeah ST10 + 4:10s = a long loud ride :-) Done it before with a blown up TH 350 to Hershey, Ill do it again with a ST10..

I will definatly be there this year. My girfriend and I will be staying the weekend there if we can get room. I would love to travel as a group or at least enter as a group. I plan on painting my car up prior so i might have a little better chance of winning a trophy. Even though my car isnt really all that special. I am looking forward to meeting everyone in person. i plan on bringing the gta there too. does anyone know what kind of judging they have there? is it peoples choice, or judges? and what day is judging on? im just trying to figure out if its worth it to rent a room and stay the weekend because i've never been there before. Is there enough to keep me buisy all 3 days?

1. Meet locally at the Bennigans in Willow Grove at 7:15, and meet the NJ guys at the first rest stop on Rt. 76 at 8:00.

2. Meet at the Park-n-Ride in Quakertown on Rt563. at 7:30. We'd take the TP up to Allentown, jump on Rt22 to Rt78. and meet the NJ guys somewhere along Rt. 78.

Ok I noticed these cars but since I walked from the front didnt norice the jersey plates. There was just endless camaros. At least due to my paint job you can pick me out from accross the field. Hopefully you guys stop by and say hello next time. I was kinda chatting it up with beauty contestant number 4 who owned the yellow anniversary trans am. What a sexy thing. Hope that guy she is engaged to treats her good. He had the flamed bird next to it seemed like a cool guy. There was another sexy chick who had the black trans am 2 cars down from me that had a phrase on her back window that said " Imports are like Tampons every pussy has one" Its was hilarious lol. I just loved it.
