mine is just to unreliable for me, its battery dies too quick, and it has slow a slow RT, so im lookin to pick one up...so, post up your phone; pics, price, dimensions, style (flip/slider/keyboard), the good/bad, and its abilities (video capture, mp3 player, etc.)

I have the motorola KRZR, its a smaller razor style phone thats a little thicker but narrower, to me its easier to hold than the razor.. pretty good speaker phone, decent battery life, keypad takes a little getting used to cause its pretty smooth.. only problem i have with it is it seems a little sluggish when going through the menu, texting,etc.. but overall im pretty happy with it. it rings very loud which i needed cause i never heard my old phone. check out cnet.com for reviews of phones if you dont get a decent response around here.

why not see if you can get a battery for it cheap off of ebay or some place?
i have the LG vx8300, its a damn good phone with a lot of features. it accepts microSD cards up to 2GB (well the phones with the newest firmware do, if you happen to get an older one you can still have it reflashed), plays music out of its (very loud) stereo speakers, you can record videos until all your available memory runs of (if you had a 1 or 2gb card you could probably record a 2 hour video) is vcast capable (which isnt really worth the money in my opinion), with a little encoding you can play movies/tv shows on your phone, has a variety of great games available for it (if youre into that), i could go on and on... the only thing it took awhile to get used to is its really thick (about an inch or so), and the woman that sold it to me said the front buttons wont activate when its not in music player mode, she lied. i'll be sittin in class and all of the sudden you'll hear slipknot or metallica blasting out of my pocket. thats the only bad thing i can think about the phone.
motorolla's usually are a little sluggish. I've heard nothing but good things about LG phones though.
samsung dual flip...kicks ass...and it has carbon fiber!

anyone have any experience with the lg vx8600, before the pos i have now, my old LG was a trooper that survived pretty much anything lol...are they still like that?
if i could i would just buy a chocolate, but without an other side to protect the screen, it would get ****ed up quick...so i figure the "chocolate flip" cant be much diff.

everyone i know that bought the chocolate hated it within a month or so.. from what i hear the touch buttons really lose their appeal after a little while. iw as gonna buy one and was very glad i didnt. BTW, the krzr has all the features that brandon was just talking about.. i just dont use them. its an mp3 player, camera, video camera, also accepts mini sd cards, yada yada yada.. it hink just about all phones do now.
i have the sony ericsson w810i, i love it. it has a memory card 2.0mp camera, video camera, AIM, web, walkman, FM radio, LED lights that work good as a flashlight and can flash in morse code SOS. However, I'm going on my 3rd one today in less than a year. The first one met an untimely demise when i introduced it to my denalis drivers window as hard as i could. and last week, the second one i bought started freezing up and crashing. I called cingular and they sent a new one out to me, should be here today. it just has to last me 2.5 more months of regular use.

a kid I work with has that phone and so does jon (chevelle) I think. I've played around with it a little bit and it seems like a really nice piece. thats actually the phone I'm planning on getting in about a month.
smasung sync from cingular(now At&at???) good phone w/plenty of features.

I've had the LG VX 8600 for a little while now, and it's an awesome phone! Awesome reception, smooth keypad like the RAZR, and the 1.3 megapixel camera takes pics almost as good as my old digital camera! The only thing I'm not crazy about is when the battery is nearing the end of charge, it doesn't give you a warning; it just shuts off! My old LG used to beep when the battery was running low so you would have a clue how much time was left on it. And, the original plastic holster SUCKS; both of the tabs broke off mine, and I'm very careful with it. I need to find out if they make a case that you can slide this phone inside.
Cliffs Notes - LG FTW!

i have a phone for $50 if you want it, its nice its a samsung t509. it will only work for Tmobile though. It is basically brand new, i used it for a week as a lender phone while waiting for my treo 650 (which is another awesome phone). i ended up keeping it just as a backup phone. only been used for a week or so, let me know if your interested

whats cool about the vx8300 (and probably higher models) is that you can change the resolution of the pictures. obviously a higher resolution takes up more space, not that much though, maybe the highest quality is like 250-300kb. thats a drop in the bucket if you have a 1gb card. i have a 512mb card in my phone and i have 146 pictures of various quality, 23 videos varying in length from 5 seconds to 3 minutes, and about 100 mp3s on my phone just to give you an idea of how much it holds (and theres still 46mb left!) ;) oh yea it has 27mb of internal memory too if you dont want to buy a card.
