I just got back from Hulmeville, PA where I was picking up the Z from Josh at JS Performance. He finished installing a Canton Road Racing oil pan, PA Racing K-member, UMI SFC's, UMI strut tower brace, front seal and a wheel alignment. He also chucked the rear spring isolators while he had it on the lift.

On the way home it was like driving a totally different car. It felt like one solid unit and the increased caster that was dialed in really firmed up the steering. I had serious tramlining with the 275's I have up front when I orginally installed them and it's virtually all gone now. I didn't really have a chance to push it on the way home since it was raining and my wife was following me, but I'll put it throught the paces tomorrow. Also, no pics today since it's raining but I'll get some this week.

On a personal note I just wanna give Josh a HUGE thanks for his customer service. He held on to my parts for over a month and worked his schedule around my crazy hours. He came out on a Sunday afternoon to meet me so I could pick up the car and hooked me up with a free t-shirt! I recommend JS Performance to everyone.

Now Josh just wrap the sequential bills in brown paper and drop them off at the location we talked about ;)...

Brian - thanks for posting that pre-written message I gave you!! I hope you like your car, it felt totally different to me so I hope you like it as well. You are on your way to having a bad ass ride keep up the good work. I also have a picture for you to check out.. When I had your filter assemby down while changing the pan I found this issue, the filter mount was cracked and it looked like it was like that for a while so you should definately have better oiling now that I replaced it with a new GM piece.

Ummm...Errrr... No, see that's one of those special limited-edition two-piece filter mounts...

Hehe. I just figured that adding a quart a week was standard on LT1's!

well, I am not sure if we solved ALL of your leaks but that would have been a decent one along with the pan and seal. Its kinda hard to know for sure since EVERYTHING is soaked with oil underneath your car so it makes it hard to determine what is old oil and what is new... you should visit a power wash joint in the near future! lol Thanks again!
