Indeed it is. Which surprises me why Chevy/GM hasn't done anything to commemorate it? You would think an anniversary model or something. Not even a mention in the news about it.

i have part of a 96 impala... the motor is in my 79 vette, i guess i'll open the trailer and say congrats to it
