Anyone have problems with deleting air and egr??

I am looking to get a set of headers for my car finally just have a few questions. Has anyone in NJ had problems passing inspection with getting rid of the air and egr with a tune? There are a set of XS race headers on Ls1tech that I might want to get just not sure about deleting the emmisions. BTW I am going to still be running a catted Y.

as long as you get the car tuned the obd2 test wont show anything and you will pass inspection at njdmv as long as you have cats
