So... as soon as I got back from the honeymoon my fat ass when on a diet.

I'm doing pretty good - 13.5 lbs gone in 17 days.....

But..... they ordered White Castle at work!!!!

And the worst part..... my co-worker.... who sits next to me.... got 4 of them.... and they have sat on his desk for at least 1 hour.... UNEATEN!!!!!

Grrrrrrr, they smell INCREDIBLE!!!!!!

he did the diet once before and lost ~ 50 lbs over about a year or so...just didn't keep up the changes. he knows what he's doin. he's gotta get settled into the food changes and be set before taking cheat days. probably even get into the gym before he starts cheating.

To be serious though you guys should walk together for at least 30 min at night. Exercise is the true key ingredient to losing weight, and if you go with him you know he can't lie about it. OH wait I forgot about his knees before writing this.... damn him. might have to put him down....

Actually his knees are better when we exercises. But he gets home too late most days, by the time he eats something and settles down no one wants to go out and walk. But he can go to the gym on the way home from work instead.

And besides, I know he won't lie. He is my husband after all ;)
