id rather have a stock looking 69 with a 427lsx and turbo that has to large of a flare on the rear quaters and the wheels are just nasty especially with the yellow caps

I wouldn't go that far, but I don't like it- and I am a HUGE fan of early B-M stuff. I've got posters and flyers and all that jazz. This thing is just not quite right.

I got it, the hood, fenders and the wheels mesh, they dont flow together at all, the hood is square, the fenders are round, and the wheels dont fill the BIG fenders completly. The wheels also loook cheap, It would be verry cool to see an older styled, yet classy wheel. I also dont like the stripe, and the stripe on the roof.
I like the color though.

yawn. another mega buck project that some milionare will make worth double just because they put baldwin/yenko/nickey/berger....insert other famous back in the day name here....... on it. best part is, it will never get driven and sit in someones garage until it is time to ut it up for auction again in a year or two.

Yup, overpriced and not that good looking either. A total rip off on the original BM name just to build a custom car. Joel Rosen has blessed the car so he's partially to blame too. I'd rather see a nice custom modern EFI pro-touring style car for 1/4 the price.
It seems kind of boring to me. There is a point where you have to let the past go. Great performance though.
...im still kicking myself for not picking up a possible B-M car 7 years ago....

Nice to know they're making performance cars again.

thats jsut the problem, they aren't very much of a performance car. if you take a look at the specs you will see cars that weigh too much, don't launch well, and really don't handle too great. what is all that money paying for other than a name?
real muscle cars were light weight and built for 1/4 wars, nothing else. all of this "retro" stuff they are building now never happened, hell rat rods are a fabrication of the late 80's when people were finding neglected old hot rods and started crusiing them "as is" just to enjoy them again.
it is the old advertising scheme, the sizzle sells the steak, unfortunately these days the sizzle is only seems to be selling a small hamburger at the steak price.
