Because creatine and protein works better together, you can gain more mass. You need good vitamins and thats what animal pack/cut/whatever other name they use is, without vitamins you wont get to far. i cant tell what shock products are so i wont comment on that. However Chromium Picolonate is crap, so no need to waste your money on that.

i used to sell all that stuff when i worked at vitamin world when i was in college. stay away from one a day vitamins if you are looking to up yourself to a serious routine. their time released formulas only time release for the hour or so that it takes your body to pass whatever hits your stomach and that isn't much time for most complex vitamins to absorb.
look for a multi that requires you to take more than one to get the full listed benefits and spread them out with your major meals throughout the day.

Exactly. Creatine and protien work great together. Just make sure you get enough water.

damn thats alot, i havent really tried that many protein shakes but the ones i have tried tasted like crap, except for muscle milk which tastes like a thick milkshake when mixed with milk. its amazingly good. the premixed stuff is even better.

i dont understand why you need 3 different types of creatine... all you really need is about 5g/day
