Dammit. I turned on Daily Show at 7-1 end of 2. I check yahoo sports see 7-5, so I turn it back on to find the angles have the bases loaded 0 outs bottom 3. I can't take this tonight. I'll check again if i am still awake after Colbert Report.

Oh, my phone is ringing and I see guidry on the phone. Could it be??? LOL

Moose sucked again tonight. 3 IP, 6 ER. Henn gave up 7 in 2.2 Not looking good for the bombers....

Note 1: I will admit the Mussina was the first pitcher I really enjoyed watching as a kid. I was 15 in '93 when hit the "Show". He was a pitcher from day 1, not a thrower. Too see him wok his 90+ FB and then the knuckle curve was beautiful.

Note 2: It is totally PA's fault he left. I don't blame Moose one bit, but he's still a Yankee so I don't root for him.:nod:

OK, 2 straight good games. Seems the time off helped the old man. Credit where credit due.

9/12 0 ER 5.2 IP, tonight 0 ER 7 IP (so far).

Now A-Rod has stopped hitting....

yep i'll give the old man credit. as for a-rod as long as he HITS in the playoffs. remember last year? matsui is starting to hit again, moose is out of his funk, i like the way they are looking right now. i love watching joba pitch. and the young kids are coming along so things should be good for the next few years.
