View Full Version : Need a Lawyer
Well as most of you know I was involved in an accident on my motorcycle in which i was not at fault. I will be filing a lawsuit against the driver for medical bills, the cost of the bike, my gear, and pain and suffering. I want to find a GOOD lawyer with experience in motor vehicle accidents, and preferably one with motorcycle experience. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance.

I'm a lawyer. Not in NJ though.
My firm has attorneys admitted in NJ, but we do mostly commercial work, so no help there.
I'll put the word out for NJ plaintiff's attorneys. My wife (also an attorney) used to work for a personal injury firm, so she knows loads of people in that field. I'll let you know if I find someone.

Try Michael Fruhling of Gersowitz Libo & Korek, my wife's old firm. They're based in NY, but he's a NJ lawyer. They are some of the most highly regarded PI lawyers in the area.
Their number is (212) 385-4410. Ask for Michael, and tell him you were referred by Elizabeth Osborne's husband, Damon.
Wow, thanks for all the quick responses...I'll definately look into all of those posted. Thanks again!

my lawyer, who is bringing down a $300k + settlement in worker's comp for me (if you knew how strictly regulated WC cases are, you'd know how big of a score that really is) is michael hoffman of maselli, warren in princeton. they have specialists in all areas of personal injury, so i would not be surprised to find out that they have a motorcycle man. number: 609/452-8411. web: maselliwarren.com ; 600 alexander road, princeton, nj 08540
they also have lawyer's that work in bankruptcy law and business/contract law.
