steelers fan here
it is the shame the way the jets fans cheered when chad penningotn got hurt. as far as back ups go the kid isn't bad, but i wouldn't choose him to start over pennington.

that wasn't right of them to cheer his injury .eagle fans did the same thing last year when garcia got hurt. pennington showed alot of guts and pride coming back to play and he did a good job. kudos to him for stepping up. but in the end....the patriots rule!!

since i work with a bunch of northeast philly eagles fans, i cn say beyond a shadow of a doubt that 99% of them are complete idiots. they boo'ed garcia because touchy feely was their boy, guess what, he sucks. garcia knows wht it takes to win and he only lost one start for philly in the regular season.
eagles special teams look lke they were picked from the finest special ed gym classes around south philly. christ, even i know that if you have to sprint and dive to catch a punt you shoudl just let it go.

how about detroit? detroit went 3-13 last year -- its sixth straight season with double-digit losses. which means they haven't won more then 6 games in 1 season the last 6 years their QB john kitna predicts a 10 win season for them this year. and for oakland phew 2-14 last year, does'nt look any better this year. some strange outcomes today, i sucked on my fb ticket only 5 right so far.

I thought that was the most ridiculous thing I've seen in years. Chad Pennington is a good quarterback. It seems like those people cheering forgot that the Jets made it to the playoffs without a steady runningback all season. Sure they had Leon Washington getting break out runs every once in a while but Chad was pretty much carrying that offense. I mean really, he had a 130.5 passer rating last game! It seriously does not make sense to me. I felt ashamed to be associated with other Jet fans.
