what is that cop on? he was rambling more than a 3 year after eating a bowl of straight sugar.
videos like this make me happy that 99% of the cops i have ever had to deal with were cool, calm, and professional.

QFT!
i do not know how i would handle a cop like that. first of all, if you invite me out of my car, i am already on edge. i don't know that i would have had the composure that that kid had.
but let's say it was not a cop, that the whole thing was staged. it's still so close to life that i can and do believe it could happen, with the final result being the kid has to call his mom&dad from the police station to come and get him.

Well the kid did have the passenger side of the car off the road to go around the cop. So right there he could get a ticket, and he did whip the car around that turn where the cop was.

thats funny that once he found out he had a camera in there the cop changed his attitude.
i would def press charges if that was me.

I got arrested by a cop in Westville just like him. I proved him wrong on every front since i got my 2 year law degree, he felt dumb as hell and all my tickets were dropped when i threatened to file a complaint. Cops like that are the reason why people hate them, question them once and they freak out.
Gotta love it baby.

not to play devils advocate, but why was he filming himself pulling into a empty parking lot?
On on the DUI checkpoint video, at 2:30 rolling through a checkpoint, the officer asked where he was heading and his response ... "I don't feel I need to discuss my personal business with you"
Sure on both videos the officers seemed to be in the wrong, but hes at some fault also ...

It says he outfitted the car with cameras after being assaulted by an off-duty drunk cop. My understanding is that he turns them on anytime he sees a local cop, just in case.....

I would not have been able to keep my cool on that. And knowing that I had the camera I know I would have had his nuts.
But being respectful can help in an actual moving violation can save you from getting a ticket. Ask me how I know..... 8-)

i think that is sort of the point of it though. you know that any commuter/car pool lot can not be dependant on a dawn to dusk schedule because of the variety of work schedules and seasons that they would have to account for. mid winter if you told me i couldn't go to work until after dawn i would be late everyday.
also, much like most public parks, the most the cop would have him on is a very unimportant trespass charge, small fine possibly, and ask the kid to go someplace else. certainly nothing that would warrant farva's reaction to the situation.

According to the video clip on comcast news, the kid has been assaulted by an off duty cop and harassed by local police so he now drives around with a video camera taping everything he does so he has proof if he's pulled over wrongly.
i hope this ******* gets fired for doing this crap. but brother hood is strong in blue.

the video was seen on St Louis' Fox News, and supposedly the chief of police is meeting with the kid to find out if there is some settlement that can be reached. the kid was quoted as saying he'd like the cop to be fired. currently he's on "unpaid, administrative leave" pending the outcome of the chief's investigation.
locals have said that that town has had a problem for a long time, and that this cop is only one of several that needs sensitivity training. it looked like the kid baited the cop - even so, that does not excuse the cop's behavior.
