retard or not thats pretty messed up of the cops, they already had him stopped and the cop jumps on his hood and starts shootin him through the windshield :-?

WERD.. there was no need to shoot the driver, i didnt/couldnt hear if he had a gun or not. shoot out the tires or box him in with a couple cops and mace him. excessive force ftmfL..

He was trying to drive away with the cop on the hood!! If that was me & I had a gun I'd a shot him too. And he got him.

other states have different guidelines, obviously if that was in jersey al sharpton would be all up in that and the cops would be on trial for murder

Not necessarily, remember that incident about five years ago where the Troopers pulled over that mini van and opened fire killing the people inside? Cops got off, but that was the case that started to whole 'racial profiling' deal.
