I think it'll take another bomb linked back to an illegal alien with a drivers license from one of those states, to get people to decide it was an unsafe practice in the first place.

how about when all the illegals show up to get a lisence, they slap them on the face and throw them on a bus headed back to mexico

Been to the DMV lately???? I renewedmy Drivers License back in January. Brought my Birth Cert.,Social Security Card, High School Diploma, and a Bank Statement as proof of ID. The first person to scruitinize my documents was talking on the phone in spanish,glanced at me and told me to go to line 3. The lady at line 3 hardly spoke English, and started giving me the third degree @ my documents. I watched 2 Indian or Indonesian people walk up,present their papers and walk out with a license within 5 min. WTF?!

i remember being in the hood (spring valley) and seeing a accident in front of me. a group of mexicans darted out of the car and fled the scene. car was unregistered with stolen plates. if illegals are gonna be here, which they will. why not make it safer for us?

Just because they have real licenses doesn't mean they will have real registrations and insurance policies. And who's to say that the license will be in their real name anyway? They get forged documents all the time to get jobs and whatnot....

Of course, some of them will use this as a stepping stone to being more productive and working towards citizenship, but many will just abuse this like they do everything else in our country.

I second that.

It's a shame, but it won't be long before it happens in NJ, especially if Joe Vas and Bob Menedez have anything to do with it. The majority of politicians are cowards because they're afraid they'll be branded a racist if they stand up to the illegals. They're more concerned about their political futures than the wants and needs of their constituants.
