Here it is kids. A trip to the north and back to the location of one of our first ever north meets.

Date: Saturday, October 27th

Time: Show up around 11:30, Go in to eat around Noon

And guys, I'm a definite YES! Checked with my wife yesterday and we're clear that weekend. Only Mother Nature will determine if I roll in the Monte or the Jeep.

No offense, but swapping out the old motor in my beater is infinitely more important that going to some car meet. The only meet the north was well represented at was years ago at the first Firkin tavern meet when I first started coming to meets.

barely any north people go to south meets...and vice versa, its a long drive. i went to a south meet once, and that was because melissa, kasey, and i were all down at jimmy's the night before, so we just went right from there.

I'm Jeepin' it today fersure; crappy weather = no Monte. I'll be there right around 11:30. We should all try to park in the same section - usually the right side of the lot is empty just past the entrance so park there.

with all the people that showed up late it looks like the final count was around 15 people. the weather certainly kept a lot of people away, on the way up justin and i drove through some hard rain and a few large puddles.
