Car runs rough

this is a weird one... Only when it rains, the SS runs completely rough. I mean it barely has power and idles around 600 rpms... what the hell could be wrong. Water sucking in through the filter from the ram air?

If it were an old car, I'd start looking at cap/rotor/wires. So how about wires? Or is the ECM getting wet? I just read a story like that over at LS1tech. Water seemed to be getting into the connector.
