Yep. SOM.It is different but in that ballpark. I think the PP color is darker.

I like the blue but i think all the colors look nice, if it wasnt for the 6 cyclinder it would be a bad car...i remember when those cars came out alot of rich guys were getting ls1 swaps in them lol

At one point or another, the Prowler was available in one of the following twelve colors:

* Prowler Purple Metallic
* Prowler Yellow Clear Coat
* Prowler Black Clear Coat
* Prowler Red Clear Coat
* Prowler Bright Silver Metallic
* Woodward Edition (Two-tone Black/Red)
* Black Tie Edition (Two-tone Black/Silver)
* Prowler Orange Pearl Coat
* Midnight Blue Pearl Coat - Mulholland Edition
* Inca Gold Pearl Coat
* Deep Candy Red Pearl Coat
* High Voltage Blue Pearl Coat - Conner Avenue Edition

(only one of which was produced and auctioned at Christie's)

Gotta be purple.....after seeing them in that color so much when they were being introduced, the others just didn't look right.

Yea forgot about that color, that is badass... There's a used car dealer on hwy 34 in wall that has about 5 on his lot all different colors.

What is it with you and that color? Maybe you should get the 77 painted like that and get it out of your system.
Maybe If I do pull the 91 apart this winter I should just do the color change now.... :jake:

there's nothing wrong with that.

i guess my research into the colors was slightly incomplete. :shrug: black is the winner, btw. maybe i'll do an old-school flame job on it. this is the model i am putting together, for those who were wondering.

yeah, but that's easily remedied. hell, we do it all of the time with 3rd gen camaros. :lol: :rofl: :lol:
