A4 messin up?

I havent really posted too much here, but I'm having an issue with my 95 camaro. Right now the trans seems to be stuck in 3rd (A4). If you move the shifter to 2nd gear it will go into second, but if you try 1st, the trans just locks up and the car wont move. The trans was rebuilt about 2 months ago and the first time I've gotten a chance to drive it was last saturday.

Alittle info on the car, its got a 383LT1 with a 4k fuddle stall, 4l60e trans w/ trans-go hd-2 shift kit. The trans wont shift on its own. Since the car is not a daily driver, is there a way to make my 4L60e trans shift manually (manual valve body)? Thanx in advance!

souynds like something is definately screwed up internally, maybe a cross leak in the 1/reverse circuit? Bring that thing back to whoever messed it up and either get them to fix it or give your money back to get it fixed properly.. With todays tech you can make the stock trans shift exactly where you want so there is no need to convert to manual vb.
