Warwick Airport Photoshoot Sunday November 11

Only one week away!

I just got off the phone with the manger of Warwick Airport, David McMillan and he said he would be absolutely thrilled if we wanted to take pictures of our cars on the airport property! Now I have been to this airport MANY times as I used to work there for a local EAA chapters annual fly-in and let me tell you it is a very beautiful airport in the rural country located on a lake and in the woods. The only stipulation was that he asked if we could donate some to the local pilots association that runs the airport since this is a privately owned airport.

Santino, the meeting spot is on route to the airport, its an excellent starting point for all of us in the North area. We're going to be taking the scenic route which is no more then a 45 minute drive through the mountains and a few rural areas so of course we have to keep our speeds down.

The trip will be up Skyline Drive, through West Milford & Ringwood, and right over the boarder into NY.

I'm glad to see we got the ball rolling and their is still serious interest! It'll be a good time no matter what and so far the weather report is looking to be in our favor!

We would meet at the time I posted of 11:30 and stick around for a few just in case someone over-sleeps. The whole point of the trip out there is also for the nice drive to the airport.

i know he had it, i meant he just got it back from getting done over. and i saw the accident post. at least you can still take pics from the front or sides. be in some group shots.

hey guys its 1:30am and i just got back from the hospital,, we had to bring my grandfather again . Ill be going back over there as soon as I wake up so I wont be coming to the shoot..Hope everybody has fun though and gets some nice pics

It was good meeting & seeing everyone who was able to come out today! We couldn't have asked for a better day. I had an excellent time with plenty of pictures show for it (300+)! Also I hope everyone made it home fine.

Pictures will be up someday if my computer decides to run faster.

Hi All Sorry I missed the photo shoot at the airport- its 5 min from my house-but I just got released from the hospital after having my left knee replaced-for the second time. As much as I would like to be there -can't bend the knee enough to push the clutch down- maybe next time. Gald it was a nice day. Have a Good Thanksgiving all!
