Part of me feels like he should be encouraged... I mean, some of the best ideas started by thinking "outside the box", right? But damn, son... if the biggest problem you're worried about is hiding the plumbing, I... I... I just don't even know what to say to that...

Before he starts f-ing up his Vette, he should probably read up on how internal combustion engines work... no, wait... maybe start with how FIRE works and move up from there.

Agreed. Smokey Yunick had some harebrained schemes that actually worked well. However there are basic concepts you need to grasp before coming up with an idea and it appears that this guy doesn't have the technical level yet.

Yeah he is being stupid now in responses back but if you were biraged like that wouldnt you respond in kind. Does anyone remember an engine that GM put out in Cadillac and chevy that was built to diesel engine specs, but was gasoline in the 80's. The designer engineer had the bright idea of thinking it would be fuel efficient like a diesal , but needless to say that engine lasted only months in production and you wont even hear about it now. My uncle who worked for GM at the time told me about it. The engine was horrible constantly broke down. Ideas as rediculous as this character actually made production lol. Just his fault for putting it out there and not actually researching lol.
