If anyone out there knows of a place that is selling the Nintendo Wii at the regular cost not the 400-600 dollars on line that I'm seeing can you let me know.

It's for my nephews so if you are out and about and know me and are willing to grab it for me I'll pay ya back plus a little finders fee.

I just got one today for the kids today.. I had to make the trip from AC to NY then to Queens NY. If you want to get up early you can go to Nintendo World in Manhattan. I suggest getting there by 5am. They get 200 systems a day. I got there today at 7:45am and was like number 675 in line:rolleyes: So I had to go where i knew i could get it in Queens and of course it cost me extra. I got to know the owner of the store by a mutual friend. He can get one anytime but since he isn't a big franchise the wholeseller makes him buy like 5 games with the system sort of like the bundles Wal-mart sells. If Redneck pimpin can get you one for $400 that better than the norm

i believe you can walk into walmart and buy it for ~ 250Yea I thought so also...The GF and I have been in numerous electronic stores/walmarts/targets the last mth or so and I dont think ive seen one place out of them yet(reason I know is because we usually go and drool over the ps3:mrgreen: ,too much going on right now to drop 4-6 bills on a game system here)...didnt know it was still such a hot item...I know they have stacks of 360's and ps3's.

Most of the stores know when there getting shipments in (I can tell you for sure Toys R Us because I worked seasonal there. They have a list of whats on the truck and how many). If you want it that bad find out the next day there getting them in and wait until they open. If its during the week you shouldnt have any crazy lines as far as getting in and getting one (maybe a few moms pushing carriages). Dont even try on the weekends unless you get there before the doors open.

I tried calling there and no one answered. Then I thought maybe he meant the one in Franklin. The lady there said they get their shipment from FedEx so any time from 11 - 2 they could get them in every day.

Thanks for the help guys, my brother won't buy from one of the craigslist people because they want more then what the stores are asking for and he is too damn lazy to go sit at a store and wait. I remember my parents doing anything possible to get me stuff as a kid that was sold out so I want to help my nephews have a great christmas.

That is why I overpaid for the Wii. My parents got me everything i ever asked for. All I had to do was do good in school. Before I lost my father i told him i would be as good to my son as he was for me.

if you buy through Circuit City you can order online and see what's at the stores around you, pay online and just pick it up at the store... save a lot of running around

Hey Gene, I found out one of my friends is selling a few on Ebay. I'm going to try and see how much he would let one go for, but as far as I know hes trying to make some profit out of it if he hasn't sold them all already.
