god damn saturn.

slams into each gear pretty firmly under part throttle acceleration...fluid level looks good and not burnt.

any ideas?

ok i just went and drove it again this morning, now that its cooled off fully....and it shifts fine. so it seems its only when the trans is hot...i changed the filter like 2 months ago as well so its most likely not that.

i called the trans shop today, he suggested cleaning the transmission computers harness connector on top of the trans....so i did that, we'll see what happens once i drive it long enough to get it hot again. though, the car also has a bad alternator which is getting taken care of thursday...would slightly lower voltage (11-12 probably) have any effect on that? maybe even 10 volts?
