Driver photographed by mistake and ticketed without going through the red light!!

I sold this car on March 10, and this little movie was taken on April 21. It'll take a bit of paperwork to convince them it wasn't me driving. I got a ticket in the mail along with pictures and a link to see enlarged pictures and this video.

im not sure how they can get away with shortening yellow lights.. any traffic cops here can correct me if i'm wrong, but yellow light length is solely based on speed limit where the light is placed, and is 10% of the speed limit.. in a 25 mph zone, its 2.5 seconds, in a 50, its 5 seconds, 35 its 3.5 seconds etc etc etc, and i believe its based on motor vehicle law.

you are correct, the yellow light HAS to provide enough time to safely slow from the posted speed limit to a stop
