griffin aluminum radiator for a third gen

i have a griffin radiator for a third gen with a stick, radiatior is about 7 months old, asking $300 or best offer

Is this a direct repacement or do you have to modify anything to install it?

direct replacment [ ha ha] had to modify the upper fans shroud/ upper rad mount, and shim the lower fan mounts out, have all the hardware to do that
