Hey whats going on everyone just wanted to see how much interest there would be in getting together for a cruise night. I am actually working out of the MetLife short hills office and many of my group health clients are auto body shops and car dealerships. Every one of the owners is into really nice car collecting including some real camaro fans. So with my current buissness partners we are looking into putting together a cruise night in the area in the late spring time. We also have as a client one of the presidents of the national hot rod association that we are trying to get to come out along with his friends. So I just wanted to see how many of you would be down for something like that in the spring. I would love to see a great turnout from the whole njfboa group.

 i'm confused... NHRA only has one president. (I know him personally... helped close a bar in Orlando with him, then my friend told him I wanted his job ) Who is your "one of?" I think you'll find its hard to get any of the boys from Glendora out on the east coast for a cruise night as well.
Anyhow, if you think your company might be interested in teaming up with a track, we're looking for sponsors for our Wed afternoon BBQ and cruises at Island Dragway that are going to start in May. shoot me a PM or send an email if you are.

Hey if you are in Short Hills I'm down that's not too far and there are some huge Mack Kali Buildings in the area that can hold a very large number of cars right by the Mall.
Nice.

Yes you are correct his name is actually henry astor and he just recently stepped down from being president of the American Hot Rod association (AHRF) one of my parterns mis spoke. But we are currently meeting with him next wed. To go over some details of how large we are looking to make it should be alot of fun. I will be sure to update the board with new details.

Ooooo... i knew there had to be something wrong there. NHRA is a) based in california, and b) way to large for its president to fly 6 hours to come out to a cruise night. If you are meeting with him next wed, keep me in mind. I'll be finishing the Island schedule at the end of next week and sending it to the printer, so if you do decide to partner with us, I can still get your logo on all our publications.
