If you just moved you should have re-registered with your new address. You could always go back to your old voting place if it's not too far away....

Whaaaaaaa whaaaaaaaaaa CLINTON IS BAD!!
I recall when the Big Guy was in there, gas was 89 cents a gallon and no stupid CAFE laws were passed and signed in.
I just need the Big Guy back in the House. I wonder if Bill can run for VP? Hillary can fake her death, and then we can have 12 years of Clintion!! OHHHHHHHH **** YEAH!!
They knocked out the only Italian in the competition cause he got divorced. Crazy right winged bastards. You threw him under the friggin bus. I was all for him till he made that "Thank God Bush is in the Whitehouse" comment.

It's a REAL SHAME that out of ALL the thousands of qualified people to run this country, we get more:bs:from these:moon:who will promise you the world until the:hitfan:and then you have to listen:soapbox:them to explain why they can't do it. Half of them have no military experience, can't explain HOW they will fix EVERYTHING:stfu:and if you elect them, then all will be:fluffy: They talk in circles:horse:talk about each other:argue:and think that they can CHANGE whatever is wrong just by us voting them in. LOOK AT WHAT our good buddy:twak: Corzine said about NO taxes BEFORE he got in, and then 10 minutes after he was elected:oops:, OH BY THE I HAVE TO RAISE TAXES:rofl:. I'am sorry but ALL political candidates suck, and JERSEY ones are the worst. I do not trust our government officials:ban:and trying to make any sense of what they promise, and what they deliver is like:banghead: Just my:2cents:now I feel much better! :usa:

Hillary can go to hell, and obama needs to be right behind her. I'm most likely going to vote republican in the real election.

uhhh, I really hate to rebut a fellow bowtie, but...

what's wrong with this country is 8 years worth of
Texas republicanism -- $3 / gallon gas... Clinton -- $0.93 / gallon gas

republicans in DC = record budget deficits
Clinton = budget SURPLUS

I could go on and on and on, but I doubt it would be of use. Most of us have already made up our minds for November.

if Al Gore had run again in '04 instead of Lurch, we wouldn't be having this discussion.

an Obama nomination = a McCain presidency

a Clinton nomination = hope for the future

JohnG, we've gone through this a million times. You're not going to sway Frosty, and he won't sway you. I'd leave it as is, not taking it any further.

As for me, I voted Romney, but have a feeling McCain's going to win the presidency. I just don't like his immigration policy, among a few other little things. I would rather have him over Obama/Clinton though.

Not hate, just DO NOT TRUST ANYYYYYYYYYYYYYY OF THEM. I think they all smile at us, while putting their hands into our back pockets. Just listen to how many MILLIONS they are spending on their campaigns(Obama raised 32 MILLION IN JANUARY ALONE), to get into an office that pays HOW much? What if they could raise that kind of coin and use it to help charity/ Red Cross/ Food Banks etc. But on the other hand, LOOK AT THE PERKS. Just ask former Newark Mayor Sharpe James i.e., how much he was PAID vs how MUCH HE SPENT. Most of us have to work for a living, but a politician has us to do the work for him(put them in office). Now try to PRY those blood suckers out of there. Sorry my blood pressure is on the ceiling now:evil: and I need to put on a coat of wax on the Bird to calm down. Have a nice evening!

Actually my friend there was no budget surplus, it was all on paper. You need to dig a little deeper to realize that. Also, we're now paying for some of ridiculous deals that Clinton made with China(along with a lot of other shady deals you didn't hear much about). I have no major issue with Bill but he's not all peaches and cream like you make him out to be. He helped contribute to some of the issues we have today, whether you want to believe it or not that's up to you.

Hillary is going to kill this economy. Struggling economy + raising taxes=disaster waiting to happen. Socialism sucks and fails almost everywhere it's been implemented and we're ok with the government controlling healthcare? WTF? I don't trust the government to deliver my mail let alone getting involved with healthcare. Sorry but I already pay enough taxes, I already pay for Shaniqua and her 5 crack babies, I don't need to pay more. Billary's plans aren't plans, they're MANDATES, she's DEMANDING things change...sorry but she's nothing more than a power hungry woman who doesn't want to live in the shadow of her husband. She has no experience running things whatsoever. Being the wife of a President doesn't count. She's as fake as the day is long and I pray that she doesn't get the nomination.

On a side note, if Huckabee bails(which he eventually will) and decides to run as McCain's VP it doesn't matter if Clinton or Obama get the nomination, McCain will win. Huckabee will tap that Evangelical vote, they'd surely vote for McCain over a woman or a black man.

Either way, we're screwed 6 ways from Sunday, AGAIN. :(

If that religoius ahole slides into the VP spot and runs with McCain, I will have no choice but to vote Dem.
No more religion in the white house. I cannot take it, seriously. The Religious Right is getting way to crazy in this country.

Frosty
02-06-2008, 03:26 PM
I agree Al, I'm religious and all but it has no place in government.

It's INSANE how much power and influence the Evangelical Right has...it's scary.

BigAls87Z28

I have nothing against religion or religious people. I have a problem when it starts to eat into everyones life, telling people what to do, dictating law.
