bout 60% back to normal, i just started being able to sleep on my stomach, but other than that very restricted movement... powerlifting meet in may is looking pretty dismal so im staying possible

powerlifting meet in may is looking pretty dismal so im staying possible

Which one is that? The state meet is in late March...

im sorry, i meant the april wnpf meet, which means thats a probable no..april is too early..but both meets are within 30 min of my place so ill be spectating...guess i gotta wait till sept. for the bordentown meet...ill be good by then and shooting for that 1000 total

What weight class are you in?

i walk around at 190-5, so ill probably be liftin in 181 class

Yeah, I'm cruising at around 225 these days. I'd like to get down to the 198 class and give it a go but I just can't bring myself to stop bulking. I've got a tall and lanky frame and I'm a hard gainer.

when im lifting hard my maintenance intake is about 4200 calories...i need to intake about 5k to gain weight, i can easily get to a lean 198 with a couple 'supplements', but from what i noticed around here 198 is a very strong category with a lot of geared lifters... so either i buy gear and compete in 198 or stay 181 where there are more raw guys
